Since 1986, we have been crafting fresh and frozen pastas, sauces, and prepared entrees. Our brands, ‘Nostra’ and ‘PastaCo’ are celebrated for their Nona-inspired traditional gourmet meals, made with locally sourced, all-natural Canadian ingredients, free from additives or preservatives.
In addition to creating delicious home-made meals, we also provide Wholesale, Food Service, and Private Label options. We provide innovative, flexible, and custom recipes tailored for brands, restaurant chains, hospitality and healthcare institutions.
For over three decades, we have partnered with local suppliers to ensure the highest quality in-house, small-batch production of real food with real ingredients. We received our SQF Certification in 2020 – a rigorous and credible food safety and quality program, that is recognized by retailers, brand owners and food service providers world-wide. As a federally regulated plant under CFIA’s stringent standards, we adhere to a comprehensive HACCP program, reflective our unwavering commitment to quality and food safety. Our credentials also include ‘Halal’ certification from ISNA.
