Lasa­gna

Wide, flat, and possibly one of the oldest types of pasta. “Lasagne” or the singular “lasagna”, commonly refers to a dish made with several layers of lasagna sheets. Ours are alternated with our signature sauces and homemade fillings, including four cheeses, vegetables, and beef.


Ingredients: Pasta - durum semolina, flour, fresh eggs, water. Filling - tomato sauce, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parmigiano & romano cheese, parsley, salt, black pepper.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven at 400 degrees F, Cook 45 - 50 minutes from thawed, 65 - 70 minutes from frozen.
