Fresco

We used Fresco to refer to our wide variety of Fresh pastas, which are made from Semolina Flour and Eggs. We also offer some flavoured pastas, such as our red chilli linguini, and jalapeño fettucine.


Varieties Linguini, Fettuccine, Lasagna Sheets, Spaghetti, Papardelle, Lumachini, Rigatoni, Penne, Casareccia, Fusilli.

Ingredients: Pasta - durum semolina, flour, fresh eggs, water.

Cooking Instructions: Drop fresh pasta in boiling water, stir for 2-3 minutes. For Lasagna Sheets, Spaghetti, Papardelle, and frozen pasta, stir for 4-5 minutes.



Varieties Fettuccini Whole Wheat.
Ingredients: Pasta - Whole Wheat Flour, Water.

Cooking Instructions: Drop fresh pasta in boiling water, stir for 3-4 minutes and frozen pasta for 4-5 minutes.



Linguini Jalapeno Pepper
Ingredients: Pasta - durum semolina, flour, jalapeno pepper, fresh eggs, water.

Fettuccini Tomato Basil
Ingredients: Pasta - durum semolina, flour, fresh eggs,water, tomato paste, basil.

Fettuccini Jalapeno Pepper
Ingredients: Pasta - durum semolina, flour, jalapeno pepper, fresh eggs, water.

Fettuccini Hot Chilli
Ingredients: Pasta - durum semolina, flour, fresh eggs, water, hot chilli.

Linguini Spinach
Ingredients: Pasta - durum semolina, flour, fresh eggs, spinach, water.

Cooking Instructions: Drop fresh pasta in boiling water, stir for 2-3 minutes and frozen pasta for 4-5 minutes.
