Cannelloni

A cylindrical type of pasta generally served baked with a filling and covered by a sauce. Popular fillings include spinach and ricotta, or minced beef. We like to cover them with our tasty signature Tomato Basil sauce. It is a typical dish of Catalan cuisine, traditionally consumed on Christmas day.


Ingredients: Pasta - durum semolina, flour, fresh eggs, water. Filling - beef, ricotta, parmigiano, romano & mozzarella cheese, basil, salt.
